I find his pointing the person and tossing the paper out rude. I normally love, love his story time. I felt sorry for this woman. When he heard the audience reaction to the name of the song, it should have stopped him in his tracks. Most groups, especially small ones, have a place to put song requests and the n pick the most popular during the break and then perform it. This lady could have been scared, nervous, and just used the most common form of the word. Such as to is the most common form of to, two, and too. This was rude, condescending, and insulting to a paying audience member.

I love getting to view HF 7-8 years ago! Because these men have grown up so much professionally with the harmonies and their staging/lighting. Plus now they have opening acts for their concerts! Congratulations 🍾
